- All orders are subject to acceptance by Lighting Superstore
- You will be notified by email that your order is received and being processed
- If your products are in stock it will usually be shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours. You will be notified by email when goods are dispatched as well as being provided with relevant tracking numbers
- If your product is not in stock you will be notified by email of the delivery delay
- If a stated backorder time is unacceptable to you, you have the option to remove your order and entitled to full refund.
- All prices and payment are in Australian Dollars
- Orders over $500 can be processed online but are subject to approval by the Lighting Superstore.
- Orders under $500 are able to use one of the payment methods below:

- Any item requiring installation by a licensed electrician is covered by a minimum of 12 months warranty.
- When claiming warranty on products invoices from both the Lighting Superstore and the licensed electrician will be required.
- If you would like to make a warranty claim please contact us.
- Some light fittings and fans have extended 2, 3, and 5 year manufacturer warranty. (Details of this is in the individual products)
- Our warranty does not cover freight costs or, installation, removal and labour costs
- There is no warranty on light bulbs and globes
- All light bulbs and globes are tested before despatch
- Any International order will void Warranty
- Most orders are despatched from the Gold Coast despatch centre. Charges are as per the Australia Post calculator on this site
- Special or extraordinary freight is handled individually and you will be notified within 24 hours of order placement or any special arrangements
- Tracking numbers and freight information will be provided via email
- Somebody will need to be available at the address you nominate to sign for the delivery when they arrive

Online Return and Exchange Policy
- Lighting Superstore does not offer refunds for change of mind on online purchases.
- Exchanges are available on selected items please contact us to request an exchange.
- If goods are damaged or found to be faulty on arrival please contact us within 7days to arrange replacement or refund of the product.
- Freight charges are non refundable.
- Any special Order Item are non returnable or refundable.
- International orders once left Australia will not be eligible for a refund.
