Poor manufacturing quality

Pandella 1 Wall Light 14w LED 4000k Chrome 780mm. Although the light says "chrome" it's actually plastic and very flimsy in construction. The base of the light is not parallel with the bar light and as the light is one piece (the base is fixed to the bar light) you either install the base crooked with the bar light horizontal or alternatively the base horizontal and the bar light crooked. Neither way is a good look when installed. Very disappointing as I quite like the overall look of the light.
