The 4W ST64 Squirrel Cage CRI95+ 2000K Ultra Warm White Light in Amber glass finish on an Edison Screw (E27) cap is designed to evoke the look and feel of old-style incandescent light bulbs, using cutting-edge 21st century LED lighting technology, intended to prevent the problem of customers experiencing a ‘culture shock’ when seeing the ‘space-age’ look of many modern LED light bulbs.

This LED light bulb might look like any of the ‘Teardrop Lantern’ design LED filament light bulbs we carry. But this one doubles the number of LED filaments—8 instead of the usual 4. This, plus a thicker phosphor coating, reduces and controls glare, resulting in an even, more comfortable light than the usual LED light bulbs we have.

Note the high Colour Rendering Index at CRI95+, assuring you of true-to-life colours and none of the harsh colour casts created by lower CRI LED light bulbs. At 4 watts, you get warm, intimate, vintage lighting equivalent to a 40-watt incandescent light bulb. And you can dim the light using a wide range of supported dimmers.
