Price Guarantee

If you find one of our products at a better price elsewhere please let us know. We may be able to match the price or even offer you an even better price.  Please leave the details of your price query here 

Orders

• All orders are subject to acceptance by LightingSuperstore
• You will be notified by email that your order is received and being processed 
• If your products are in stock it will usually be shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours. You will be notified by email when goods are despatched as well as being provided with relevant tracking numbers
• If your product is not in stock you will be notified by email of the delivery delay
•  If a stated backorder time is unacceptable to you, you have the option to remove your order and entitled to full refund.

• All prices and payment are in Australian Dollars
• You can make a purchase using your credit card (AMEX, MasterCard, Visa, BankCard) You can also use direct bank deposit

Warranty

• All products and light fittings have a 12 month warranty except light bulbs and globes.
• Some light fittings and fans have extended 2, 3, and 5 year manufacturer warranty. (Details of this is in the individual products)
• Our warranty does not cover freight costs or, installation, removal and labour costs
• There is no warranty on light bulbs and globes
• All light bulbs and globes are tested before despatch

Shipping

• Freight discount of $20 applies to every $200 of your purchase. (Freight discount is a discount on freight charges only)
• Most orders are despatched from the Gold Coast despatch centre. Charges are as per the Australia Post calculator on this site
• Special or extraordinary freight is handled individually and you will be notified within 48 hours of order placement or any special arrangements
• Tracking numbers and freight information will be provided via email
• Somebody will need to be available at the address you nominate to sign for the delivery when they arrive
• You have the option and can avoid any delivery costs by picking up your products yourself at our warehouse Lighting Superstore, shop 25 Homeworld Helensvale, 502 Hope Island rd. Qld 4212

Returns

• All products can be returned for full refund within 14 days. Products must be returned in original condition and original packaging.
• Freight costs are not refundable
